    The location was perfect for us as we could easily access transportation to explore the city and the hundreds of beautiful walks in the area. The hotel facilities were great. The swimming pool was well-maintained and the comfortable pool beds made it easy for us to relax. The breakfast buffet was varied and offered plenty of options. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the helpfulness of the staff.

    Couldn't find any faults at all.

    The quality, presentation and service of the food and wine in the restaurant was exceptional. Really outstanding cuisine. The room was luxurious with quaint touches and guests were made to feel like nobility.

    Please note that the restaurant prices reflect the fact that the head chef has a Michelin star. Even so, I consider that the prices are unrealistically high.

    This luxury hotel truly offers exclusive and lavish amenities. the gardens are breathtaking and the outdoor swimming pool is fantastic. the spa center is magnificent, with sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi, and I had a blissful massage there. Room advantages were many: an impeccably decorated room with an espresso machine and a private balcony with stunning views of the surroundings.

    The only minor issue I had was that during check-in, the receptionist offered to show me around the hotel but it felt a bit intrusive. this was a small matter that did not detract from my overall experience of this hotel.

    This hotel is located in a picturesque area with hundreds of beautiful walks available, as well as a fantastic bicycle track on the Via Verde up to Bot. the rooms are luxurious, with high ceilings, beautiful furniture, and stunning views of the peaceful and relaxing gardens. the staff takes a sincere personal interest in making you feel at home and pampered. the breakfast is satisfying, with a wide variety of food on offer.

    The hairdryer provided in the room was not up to standard.

    We decided to book this hotel for a city break and we were not disappointed. the hotel is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by countryside, making it the perfect escape from the city. the restaurant offered exceptional cuisine, and the staff were knowledgeable about each dish that was served.

    Although the hotel was stunning, it was quite far from many tourist attractions, which made it difficult to explore the area without constantly traveling. the WiFi signal did not reach our room, which was inconvenient when working remotely.

    The pool was refreshing and the restaurant served delicious food. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always providing assistance when needed. the hotel was located near a beautiful beach and within walking distance of several attractions in the city center.

    The rooms were old and had strange odors. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy.
